This mobile application is a discovery and trailer preview tool. It provides information about films and television series and access to trailers, teasers, and promotional clips from third-party sources when available.
This is not a streaming application. We do not offer, host, license, distribute, or sell full-length movies, TV episodes, or live television channels. We are not a replacement for licensed streaming or video-on-demand services. Any metadata shown (posters, descriptions, ratings, cast) is for informational purposes only.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this mobile application (“the Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Application. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
The Application does not supply full-length copyrighted audiovisual works. Rights in films, series, images, trailers, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Application is supported by advertising. You may see:
Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and partners (including Google AdMob and mediation platforms). We do not control the content of individual ads, offers, or landing pages. Your interaction with ads is subject to the advertiser’s terms and policies.
You are not required to purchase anything to use basic features of the Application, though watching rewarded ads may be optional for certain perks.
Some features may allow optional sign-in (e.g. via a third-party identity provider). Account use is subject to that provider’s terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may use guest mode without an account where available.
The Application uses third-party services for metadata, trailers, advertising, cloud sync, notifications, and app updates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or legality of third-party content. Trailers are played from external platforms; your use of those platforms may be subject to separate terms (e.g. video platform terms).
The Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any motion picture studio, broadcaster, streaming platform, or metadata provider unless explicitly stated. Third-party names, logos, and artwork are used for identification and information only.

The Application’s software, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy available at the same web location as these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains advertising data, device identifiers, and your choices.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
We do not warrant that trailers, metadata, or ads will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Application at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER intangible losses, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, OR ADVERTISEMENTS.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Application from claims arising from your misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Application, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Application and uninstall it.
You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Application is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be addressed through the contact channel on the app store listing. Where permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
If you downloaded the Application from Google Play or another store, that store’s terms may also apply. In case of conflict between store terms and these Terms regarding the store’s billing or distribution, the store terms may prevail for those specific matters.
